To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.
Common Return Questions
What items are returnable?
- Items only purchased through JemJem.com. For other marketplace purchases contact our support team
- Items that are within the 30 days of the delivery date of your shipment
- All returns require order identification number and serial number of the product
- Lost items or items damaged on arrival (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours from the time tracking shows it was received for us to file insurance claims. Insurance claim requires us to have original packing supplies and box.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items that are outside the 30 day return period
Are there any charges for return?
- Shipping charge is not refundable for any reason unless the product is defective
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- All returns must be done through shipping and cannot be returned at our office locations
How soon will I get my refund?
- Current estimated processing time is 3-7 business days. (May be delayed due to high volume of orders)
- If you requested a refund, depending on the credit card company, you’ll be refunded within 2-3 days of us processing the item(s) and a notification from us via email
- If you requested an exchange, your exchange will be sent out within 2-4 days of processing the item(s) and a tracking number
- In the rare instances that a manufacturing defect does occur, the RMA will be processed as a refund instead of an exchange.
